Three Pillars
Presence.
Intention.
Self love.
These are the pillars of life itself, everything else is irrelevant.
First one must be fully present. Not the kind of presence that creates hypervigilance, but a still, peaceful presence that comes from the heart. In order to do this, you need to have a general understanding of your emotional landscape and the sensations and clues that live in the body. Our body, emotions and thoughts are constantly guiding us toward our soul’s highest path forward. Always seeking alignment.
Energy flows where our attention goes. Overused, but very true. If we are present enough and not feeling the pull to constantly respond to the emergency bells of our nervous system, we can very wisely focus our attention and face our intention toward that which we want most in this world. Whatever that may be.
Often, this means a return to self love. I noticed how often my presence was challenged by an over active nervous system. In those moments I would turn my attention inward and ask my highest self, the very truest version of me, what I needed most in that moment and then I would do that thing. As if by magic, miraculously the thing I had been desiring, hoping for, toiling over, would show up. Without me having to lift a finger. Simply the act of me pouring love into myself set my intentions on the path to manifestation. Without hustle, expectation or control, I received what I most wanted. Not necessarily the way I thought, rather by surrendering control and following the signs and synchronicities, as well as my body’s wisdom my dreams became reality.
